- 4.2 Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for your own individual, non-commercial educational use.
- 4.3 You strictly agree not to share your account access, download content illegally, record streams, or redistribute our materials to any third party. Unauthorized distribution or piracy will result in the immediate closure of your account without a refund and may lead to legal action.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- 5.1 Our digital courses are subject to a standard 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed or completed a significant portion (more than 20%) of the course or downloaded its official certificate.
- 5.2 Instant-download assets, such as standalone software kits, digital workbooks, or personalized mentoring sessions that have already occurred, are non-refundable once accessed.
6. User Conduct and Content Submissions
- 6.1 If our platform allows you to submit assignments, post reviews, or interact in community forums, you retain the rights to your original text but grant Home Uni a royalty-free right to host and display it.

7. Limitation of Liability
- 7.1 Home Uni provides its platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for uninterrupted uptime, we do not guarantee that the website will always be free of temporary technical maintenance, server outages, or unexpected errors.
- 7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Uni will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of personal data, employment opportunities, or financial losses) resulting from your use of our platform.
- 7.3 Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for that specific course or service.
